Doesn't Gilbert Golden Scholar sound prestigious. It reminds me of Anne of Green Gables. (although being a Gilbert Golden Scholar is a ways from being a Rhodes Scholar) A Golden Scholar is allowed one B for the year and must have all A's otherwise. Way to go, Holden! The only way to get those grades is hard work and Holden always works hard and takes great pride in his work.
