a birthday request

Sometimes kids are so easy to please.  I just had one ask me - "mom for my birthday (which is seven months away) would you ever let me do this?"

Rent Pearl Harbor from Clean Flicks and buy a pound of bacon to eat all myself? Then can I sit on the couch and watch the movie while eating the entire package of that bacon?

I said "yes" that sounded like something I would consider (how easy is that b-day request compared to- can I have a dog, can I get a cell phone or some zillion dollar birthday present). 

He whooped and hollered like he had won the zillion dollars.  Gotta love this military-lovin, meat-eatin boy!
